隐私政策概述
DayTrace / 日迹 以本地记录为核心。只有当你主动启用特定功能并授权时,应用才会访问对应数据或与第三方服务交互。
1. 我们会处理哪些信息
- 你主动创建的记录、打卡、提醒、待办、目标、轨迹、附件、主题与语言等偏好信息,默认保存在你的设备本地。
- 当你主动启用同步功能时,应用会访问你授权的 Google 账号信息,并在你的 Google Drive 中创建、读取或更新同步文件。
- 当你主动使用拍照打卡、相册导入、轨迹记录、语音记录、健康步数、提醒通知等功能时,应用会在获得系统授权后访问相机、相册、定位、麦克风、健康数据与通知权限。
- 当你购买订阅或专业版功能时,购买状态和必要的交易结果会通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理并返回给应用。
- 当应用展示广告时,Google AdMob 可能会按照其平台规则处理广告请求、设备标识符或网络信息。
- 当你主动发送反馈时,反馈内容、可选联系邮箱、截图及你主动附带的信息会通过你的邮件客户端发送。
2. 我们为什么处理这些信息
- 用于提供日记记录、打卡、提醒、待办、目标管理、日历与轨迹等核心功能。
- 用于在你主动启用同步后,将你的数据备份或恢复到你选择的 Google Drive 存储空间。
- 用于展示基于地图的位置内容、记录轨迹路线,以及根据健康步数自动更新目标进度。
- 用于保存订阅权益、判断专业版功能可用状态,以及维持应用的持续维护与商业化运行。
- 用于处理你主动发起的技术支持、隐私咨询或错误反馈。
3. 数据存储与共享边界
- 你的主要内容默认优先保存在本地设备中,不会因普通使用自动上传到公共云端。
- 只有在你主动开启同步时,相关文件才会传输到你选择的 Google Drive 服务。
- 地图展示、广告投放、应用内购买、Google 登录与 Google Drive 同步由对应第三方平台分别处理,并受其各自隐私政策约束。
- 我们不会将你的内容出售给第三方。
4. 权限与第三方服务说明
- 相机 / 相册:用于拍照打卡、导入图片、添加附件。
- 定位:用于轨迹记录、位置打卡与地图展示。
- 麦克风 / 语音识别:用于语音记录与相关输入能力。
- 健康数据 / 活动识别:用于在你主动启用时读取当日步数并同步目标进度。
- 通知 / 精确提醒:用于提醒、待办通知、计划任务与相关状态提示。
- Google Sign-In / Google Drive:用于你主动启用的云同步能力。
- Google Maps / AMap:用于地图与轨迹展示。
- Google AdMob:用于广告展示。
- Apple App Store / Google Play:用于应用内购买与订阅处理。
5. 你的选择与管理方式
- 你可以在系统设置中关闭相机、定位、麦克风、健康数据或通知权限。
- 你可以不启用 Google Drive 同步,或者在启用后随时停止使用相关同步功能。
- 你可以在应用内删除自己的记录、附件与其他本地内容。
- 你可以不提供反馈邮箱等可选信息。

Privacy Overview
DayTrace is designed as a local-first journaling and activity app. It only accesses permission-based data or third-party services when you intentionally use those features.
1. Information We Handle
- Records, check-ins, reminders, tasks, goals, tracks, attachments, themes, and language preferences that you create are stored on your device by default.
- When you enable sync, the app may access the Google account you authorize and create, read, or update sync files in your Google Drive.
- When you use photo check-ins, gallery import, track recording, voice notes, health-step features, or reminders, the app accesses camera, photos, location, microphone, health, and notification permissions only after you grant them.
- When you purchase subscriptions or Pro features, entitlement status and necessary transaction results are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- When ads are shown, Google AdMob may process ad requests, device identifiers, or network information under its own rules.
- When you contact support, your message, optional contact email, screenshots, and any details you choose to include are sent through your own mail client.
2. Why We Handle It
- To provide journaling, check-ins, reminders, tasks, goals, calendar views, and track recording.
- To back up or restore your data to Google Drive only after you choose to enable sync.
- To display map-based content, record routes, and update step-based goals when you opt into those features.
- To manage subscription entitlements, determine access to premium features, and support ongoing maintenance of the app.
- To respond to support, privacy, or troubleshooting requests that you intentionally submit.
3. Storage and Sharing Boundaries
- Your main content is stored locally on your device by default and is not automatically uploaded to a public cloud backend during ordinary use.
- Only when you enable sync are relevant files transferred to the Google Drive storage you selected.
- Maps, ads, in-app purchases, Google sign-in, and Google Drive sync are handled by their respective third-party platforms under their own privacy terms.
- We do not sell your personal content to third parties.
4. Permissions and Third-Party Services
- Camera / Photos: for check-ins, imported images, and attachments.
- Location: for route tracking, place-based check-ins, and map display.
- Microphone / Speech Recognition: for voice recording and related input features.
- Health / Activity Recognition: to read daily step data and update goals when you enable that feature.
- Notifications / Exact Alarms: for reminders, task alerts, and scheduled notices.
- Google Sign-In / Google Drive: for optional cloud sync.
- Google Maps / AMap: for maps and route visualization.
- Google AdMob: for advertising delivery.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
5. Your Choices
- You can revoke camera, location, microphone, health, or notification permissions in system settings.
- You can choose not to enable Google Drive sync, or stop using it later.
- You can delete your own records, attachments, and other local content inside the app.
- You may leave optional contact information blank when sending feedback.
